Last name begins with A-M: Must report 30 hours on June 30 of even numbered years.
Last name begins with N-Z: Must report 30 hours on June 30 of odd numbered years.
Beginning with the July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2012 reporting period for attorneys with last names beginning A-M, and for all reporting periods thereafter, the general MCLE requirement is 30 hours, including a minimum of 6 hours of professional responsibility credit.
A maximum of 10 credits hours in excess of requirements for current reporting period may be carried over to the next reporting period. Professional Responsibility credits may be carried over only as general MCLE credit hours.
