Ms. Breuer has been a member of the Law Offices of Matt Greenbaum since 2005 and has represented Social Security claimants since 1996. She also provides pro bono legal representation to our military veterans before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims through her association with the Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program.

Meredith E. Marcus received her undergraduate degree from Connecticut College and her J.D. from John Marshall Law School, graduating cum laude. Prior to joining Daley Disability Law, P.C., Ms. Marcus worked for a plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice firm. She currently focuses on Social Security disability at all levels of review including district and appellate court levels. Ms. Marcus also concentrates her practice in the area of ERISA/employee benefits, individual insurance matters as well as vaccine injury litigation.
