Description

We have witnessed an abundance of employment issues in 2020 from employee safety, sick leave policies, social distancing, healthcare issues and benefit plans; to further issues surrounding employment contracts, furloughing, recruitment, privacy, biometric data collection and the disclosure of employees infected by the virus! It has been a huge year for employment laws.

With the legal challenges seeming to grow by the week, we take a look at what you need to have on your radar; the protections you need in place today; best practices for responding to these employment issues and what we can learn for future scenarios.

This program was recorded as part of ALM & Corporate Counsel's Annual General Counsel East Virtual Conference East on September 16th, 2020.
