It is in the vendor world that Ms. Sunderman spent the bulk of her career. She started off in project management but quickly worked up to managing all of Operations. It is there that she focused on creating efficiencies, implementing automation and providing a development path for new eDiscovery specialists.

Ms. Sunderman continues to focus on process improvements and development in her current role and prides herself on being heavily involved in mentorship and inclusion programs.
