Ben is a strategic litigator that combines his deep experience in the courtroom with traditional game theory concepts in order to achieve the best outcome for his clients. Ben is also the pro bono coordinator for the Los Angeles office.

He has been involved in disputes over all types of policies and in many disparate industries including construction, finance, government agencies and contractors, and licensed professionals, to name a few.

Tom's practice includes coverage litigation, complex commercial litigation and insurance-related counseling. His coverage litigation experience spans a broad array of insurance disputes, including those involving first-party property and business interruption, D&O, professional liability, asbestos and other mass tort claims, environmental clean-up, and lead paint exposure.

He also frequently counsels Fortune 500 companies on many types of insurance-related matters. Tom's insurance coverage practice is nationwide and has involved litigation in jurisdictions throughout the United States.

After graduating law school Julian worked for a Charleston based personal injury firm where he gained experience as a trial attorney handling cases for clients across the state of South Carolina.
