Ben is a strategic litigator that combines his deep experience in the courtroom with traditional game theory concepts in order to achieve the best outcome for his clients. Ben is also the pro bono coordinator for the Los Angeles office.

Ben's practice focuses primarily on representing policyholders in large or protracted disputes with their insurance companies. Even companies with great insurer relationships may find these relationships sour when facing a huge loss or liability. In these disputes, Ben brings to the table his broad experience as a trained courthouse lawyer, his knowledge of juries and judges, and pragmatic understanding of business interests to get to a favorable resolution for his clients. He has been involved in disputes over all types of policies and in many disparate industries including construction, finance, government agencies and contractors, and licensed professionals, to name a few.

Tom's practice includes coverage litigation, complex commercial litigation and insurance-related counseling. His coverage litigation experience spans a broad array of insurance disputes, including those involving first-party property and business interruption, D&O, professional liability, asbestos and other mass tort claims, environmental clean-up, and lead paint exposure.

He also frequently counsels Fortune 500 companies on many types of insurance-related matters. Tom's insurance coverage practice is nationwide and has involved litigation in jurisdictions throughout the United States.

Julian is a lifelong resident of South Carolina, growing up in the small city of Camden. He came to the Lowcountry to attend Charleston Southern University and then went to Charleston School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor. While at the Charleston School of Law, Julian was a member of the law review and recipient of the Civility Award, given to the student who exemplifies the highest standard of moral character and professionalism.

After graduating law school Julian worked for a Charleston based personal injury firm where he gained experience as a trial attorney handling cases for clients across the state of South Carolina. Now at George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers, Julian is continuing in his passion to help people injured in South Carolina.

Anna M. Romanskaya is a Partner with Stark & D’Ambrosio, LLP in San Diego, CA where she manages the firm’s Family Law Division. She represents clients in all aspects of family law, including pre and post marital agreements, marital dissolutions, restraining orders, child custody, child and spousal support, property division and post judgment issues. Anna is regarded as one of the leading family law practitioners in San Diego by both her clients and her peers.

Anna was the 2016-2017 Chair of the ABA Young Lawyers Division and serves as a Delegate in the ABA House of Delegates. Anna is a proud Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a past recipient of the San Diego County Bar Association’s distinguished Service Award for her contribution to continuing legal education for the legal community and has been recognized as a SuperLawer? continuously since 2015.

Anna is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara where she double-majored in Political Science and Law and Society. She received her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA and is admitted to the State Bar of California, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California, and the District of Columbia.

Ken's practice primarily focuses on business litigation, financial, insurance, and construction matters. Ken also has experience in product liability, white collar, securities, class action, intellectual property, employment, consumer, and appellate matters.

Based in Miami, Ken has represented clients in state and federal courts across the country, from New York to Texas. Ken has been recognized as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers? for several years running, and his firm's litigation group has been named the top department of its kind in Florida.

Ken has authored a number of scholarly articles and works, including co-authoring three legal reference guides: Wolters Kluwer's Product Liability Desk Reference: A Fifty State Compendium; Wolters Kluwer's Business Torts: A Fifty State Guide; and Criminal Law Handbook (for Kansas).
