Nationally recognized Internet trainers and authors of The Cybersleuth's Guide to the Internet will show you how to find and use FREE (or low cost!) websites and social networking profiles to unearth factual and investigative information. By attending this seminar, you will gain a competitive edge by learning how to elicit information from various Web sites and Social Networking sites for investigative purposes. In addition, you will learn about the ethical pitfalls of social networking and how to avoid them.
As social networking sites have gained popularity, more and more lawyers are using sites such as Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, and LinkedIn for: investigative research; discovery; trial preparation; sentencing; background checks of employees, clients, the opposition, other attorneys, jurors, and judges; locating missing people (heirs, witnesses, evasive defendants, or even escapees).
Instead of turning to experts, skip tracers, and private investigators, seminar attendees will learn how to be their own Cybersleuth.
This program was recorded in New York on July 29, 2010
