    Mark Bisard

    Mark is American Express' enterprise-wide "cyber lawyer." He leads the support of the company's wide-ranging cyberspace law needs including those related to all digital channels, social media and web 2.0 technologies, web site accessibility, e-contracting, enablement and paper-off initiatives, search engine optimization, cybersquatting, and a variety of online marketing programs. He also helps establish the company's best practices related to these areas and regularly provides leadership and employee training programs on same. Mark's key client is AXPi, the company¿s global center of excellence for the interactive channel and the gatekeepers of the American Express digital experience.

    Prior to American Express, Mark worked for Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP (New York, NY) and Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss LLP (Detroit, MI) where he handled a wide range of general business, intellectual property, brand protection, telecom, privacy, marketing, and internet law issues for small business and fortune 500 companies alike. Mark was named Crain's Detroit top 40 Under 40 and has received numerous community involvement awards and recognitions. Prior to practicing law, Mark taught high school in a small village in Louisiana on the Teach for America teaching program. Mark received a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from Wayne State University School of Law in Detroit, Michigan.


    Adam J. Reback

    Adam J. Reback is the Chief Compliance Officer of J. Goldman & Co., L.P. ("JGC"), a hedge fund, based in New York, NY. Mr. Reback joined JGC in 2006 and has over twelve years experience in hedge fund, investment adviser, investment company, and broker-dealer compliance. Mr. Reback has primary responsibility for all Legal/Compliance matters of JGC including the development, implementation and assessment of the firm¿s compliance program . In addition, Mr. Reback oversees the Human Resources/Administration, Operations, and IT Departments of the firm. Prior to joining JGC, Mr. Reback was the Chief Compliance Officer and member of the Senior Management Committee of BKF Asset Management, Inc. (formerly John A. Levin & Co., Inc.), for five years, where he implemented and oversaw the administration of compliance programs for the firm¿s registered investment adviser, hedge funds, broker-dealer, and mutual fund businesses. Previously, Mr. Reback has held management positions at Ladenburg, Thalmann & Co., Inc. and Gruntal & Co., Inc. Mr. Reback holds Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 62, and 63 registrations. Mr. Reback is a member of The National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP), Managed Funds Association (MFA) and is a founding member of The Alternative Investment Compliance Association (AICA). Mr. Reback is a regular contributor to various investment industry periodicals and speaker on a wide variety of topics relating to hedge fund, investment adviser and broker-dealer regulation and compliance. Mr. Reback holds a B.A. from New York University.


    Kevin Kuzas

    Kevin Kuzas is the founding partner of Kuzas Law Group, a boutique law firm focusing on the technology and advanced media industries. He represents diverse clients, including top communications companies and startups, on intellectual property, privacy law, and regulatory proceedings, as well as handling sophisticated commercial transactions in media and technology. Kevin has advised leading media companies on the legal challenges presented by rapidly developing new technologies and disruptive business models. From 2004 through 2008, Kevin was a senior attorney at Comcast, including serving as VP and General Counsel of Comcast Interactive Media. Before joining Comcast, Kevin was a partner in two of the leading firms in communications law, Dow Lohnes and Wilkinson Barker Knauer, both in Washington, DC.

    Before entering private practice, Kevin clerked for United States District Judge Samuel Conti in San Francisco. He received a BA from the University of Southern California, and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.


    Jessica Fredrickson

    Jessica joined Walmart in 2007 as Assistant General Counsel in the newly formed Corporate Affairs & Government Relations Legal Division. The Corporate Affairs legal group provides advice and counsel on public relations practices and social media outreach that impact the company's image nationally and internationally. Jessica's clients are primarily within Walmart's Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Divisions including media communications, international, reputation management, web and digital communications. Jessica has been integral in developing Walmart¿s online communities including, CheckOut Blog, mywalmart.com ¿ Walmart's associate website, Walmartstores.com as well as drafting Walmart's social media policy and guidelines. Jessica has helped create a social media training module for associates.

    Prior to joining Walmart, Jessica was Senior Counsel at Miller Brewing Company where she worked on Distributor litigation, international transactions, and government affairs. Jessica also worked at Rockwell International in Customs Compliance and Special Trade Programs (NAFTA, CBI, and CAFTA). Prior to law School Jessica was a press Secretary for Senator Russell Feingold on Capitol Hill.
