The Supreme Court of Mississippi issued an order waiving the in-person CLE requirement for the 2019-2020 reporting year. Attorneys may complete their CLE requirement via online webinars or live, in-person programs.

Mississippi attorneys may earn six (6) of twelve (12) required CLE credits online at CLECenter.com, including ethics.

Carry Over Credit: Mississippi attorneys may carry over twelve (12) credit hours to the next reporting cycle, excluding those in Ethics.

COVID Rule Change: The Supreme Court of Mississippi issued an order waiving the in-person CLE requirements for the 2020-2021 reporting year. Attorneys, including newly admitted attorneys due to complete the program by July 31, 2021, may complete their CLE requirements via online courses and live, in-person programs.
