In response to the Coronavirus Pandemic, The Tennessee Supreme Court issued an order temporarily waiving the 8-hour distance learning limitation for the 2019 requirement. Attorneys can now complete all or any portion of the 2019 CLE requirement through approved distance learning completed through March 31, 2020.
