Aggie Gallagher is Vice President, Head of ViiV Healthcare Legal and Compliance and joined the ViiV Healthcare Executive Team (VET) on 24th April 2017.

Aggie joined GSK in 2013 as Assistant General Counsel providing strategic legal leadership to Global Vaccines Commercial Global Government Affairs, Public Policy, Patient Advocacy and Communications. She then led the Novartis integration for Vaccines before she was promoted to Vice President, Ethics and Compliance Officer, Vaccines in 2015 to head up risk management and compliance for Vaccines as a member of the Vaccines Executive Team. Prior to joining GSK Aggie held senior Legal roles at Pfizer, Sandoz and Medtronic.

Angela Rodin is a principal in KPMG’s Washington, DC Risk Advisory Forensic Practice. Prior to joining KPMG in 2017, Angela served a top 10 pharmaceutical company for 17 years in a number of leadership roles including VP, Compliance Officer for global support functions, VP, Head of Global Investigations and Business Monitoring, Head of Global Internal Audit, and Head of Information Technology Audit.

Angela had responsibility for developing and maintaining comprehensive ethics and compliance programs, and providing assurance to the Board and Audit Committee on key risks, auditing & monitoring outcomes, and internal investigations. In her most recent role, she oversaw sensitive and privileged investigations, and optimized risk based, objective and proportionate monitoring of key business activities that give rise to bribery and corruption, commercial practices and scientific engagement risk. Angela brings experience and provides services with compliance, audit and investigations.

Susan F. Duarte

Susan F. Duarte is Director of Legal Affairs at T-Mobile. She provides legal support across the organization, working with executives, business partners, and consultants to implement and realize strategies by eliminating costs. Supervises, leads and has trained up to 10 attorneys and 8 legal staff. Manages 30 outside counsel and legal budgets for internal and external activities. Served as a speaker and presenter at 15 conferences to date on subjects such as social media, crisis management, advertising, cybersecurity, and litigation.

Susan received a B.A from Boston College and graduated from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America with a Certificate from the Law and Technology Institute. Susan now serves on the Board of the Law and Technology Institute at the Columbus School of Law while also volunteering her time with several community organizations.

Shazmah Hakim is a Vice-President and Assistant General Counsel at Marriott International, Inc. where she serves as the Practice Group Leader for the Global Brands, Marketing, Sales and Consumer Insights division. Her team is responsible for providing legal support to the company’s portfolio of thirty hotel brands, Marriott’s loyalty programs including Marriott Rewards and Starwood Preferred Guest, traditional and digital marketing, creative and content production, sales initiatives, strategic alliances, global sponsorships, social media outreach, and influencer engagements.

Previously, she worked in Dubai as the General Counsel of Kingdom Hotel Investments, a leading international hotel and resort real-estate investment company which focused on the worldwide development of luxury hotels, resorts and related real-estate products. Shazmah started her legal career as an associate at the Washington D.C. office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
