Regulations are changing every few months, and even if you’re not a privacy expert, GCs need to stay current with the changes to be compliant. California, Colorado and many other states are in the process of implementing robust new privacy laws, and with more states to follow their lead in the near future. Attend this session to stay informed of what’s to come and be prepared to move forward as it relates to federal and state privacy laws.

State law and bankruptcy law intersect in any number of ways in any given bankruptcy case. This panel will focus on a few of the issues that arise in this context and discuss recent case law, as well as practice tips and strategy.
