The California Ethics, Elimination of Bias, and Competence Issues Bundle contains six (6) participatory MCLE hours including the required four (4) hours in Ethics, one (1) hour in Competence Issues, one (1) hour in Elimination of Bias from the Legal Profession, and one (1) hour of Implicit Bias.

The State Bar of California allows attorneys to take all twenty-five (25) required MCLE hours online, including the four (4) required hours in Ethics, one (1) hour in Competence Issues, two (2) hours in Elimination of Bias - one must specifically be on Implicit Bias.

Bundle Update: Starting January 1, 2022, California attorneys will be required to complete two (2) hours of Elimination of Bias CLE one must specifically be on Implicit Bias - these programs will be categorized as such. The total credits required remains the same.
