North Carolina Credits Attorney Can Earn on CLECenter.com:

North Carolina attorneys may earn all twelve (12) CLE credits online at CLECenter.com. Of the twelve (12) credits, at least two must be devoted to Professional Responsibility or Professionalism, and one (1) hour devoted to Technology Training. Every three years, attorneys must complete one (1) hour devoted to Mental Health & Substance Abuse.

Reporting: CLECenter.com will report all completed credits directly to the North Carolina State Bar within 30-day of completion. Please make sure you have updated your MCLE Profile to include your bar number so we can report the hours.

Carry Over Credit Rule: North Carolina Attorneys may carry over twelve (12) credits, two (2) of which can be Professional Responsibility, into the next reporting period. Mental Health & Substance Abuse and Technology Training credits cannot be carried over.
