Oregon Credits Attorney Can Earn on CLECenter.com:

The Oregon State Bar allows attorneys to complete all forty-five (45) of their MCLE credits online, including five (5) hours required in Ethics and one (1) hour in Mental Health & Substance Abuse. In alternating periods three (3) hours in Access to Justice and one (1) hour in Abuse Reporting.

Please see below for a breakdown of the specialty hour requirement.

2021-2023 Period: One (1) hour in Abuse Reporting
2024-2027 Period: Three (3) hours in Access to Justice + one (1) hour in Abuse Reporting

Carry Over Credit Rule: Oregon attorneys can carry over fifteen (15) hours into the next reporting period. A maximum of six (6) Ethics credits can be carried forward and applied towards the following reporting period's Ethics requirements. Access to Justice, Abuse Reporting credits may only carry over as General credits.
